Welcome to the website of the business of honey production and bee products
from Boutzouka family in Heraklion Crete.
Η μέλισσα δεν γεννιέται ξέροντας πώς να φτιάχνει το μέλι. Οι νεότερες μέλισσες διδάσκονται από τις πιο πεπειραμένες.
Η μέση εργάτρια μέλισσα παράγει 1/12 από ένα κουταλάκι του γλυκού μέλι στη διάρκεια της ζωής της.
Οι μέλισσες πρέπει να επισκεφτούν περίπου 4 εκατομμύρια λουλούδια για την παραγωγή ενός κιλού μελιού.
